Welcome to TheChee.net. TheChee is a startup blog written by my wife Alex, our dog Hefner and myself (myself being Dave). We’re a young couple who both grew up in the Chicagoland area and have been living on the Chicago North Shore for a couple of years. My wife and I also work on the North Shore (our commutes are wonderful!) so we’re pretty confident we know the area and plan on offering our insights and opinions on everything from restaurants and food (we’re big foodies) to local events and outdoor activities. You’ll also hear from Hefner, offering his opinion from a dog’s perspective. After all that you’re probably asking yourself, “That’s great, but what exactly is ‘TheChee?”.  I guess you’ll just have to stick around a while to find out!
